Q.

#asktheexpert my son doesn’t crawl and even if he stands he takes support . Is it normal ? He walks with the help of Walker only

A. •Avoid walker. •Encourage baby to support walk by showing favorite toys and books , after that stage hold baby hands give support walk.

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age andt by 7 to 8 months baby wifll sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. So when you’re already putting your child into Walker where do you expect your child to crawl you haven’t given on any time to your child to learn to crawl only walkers are actually a hamper in the growth of the child they actually hamper the growth of the child only so you should never give Walker in the first placeWrite Your Answer Here
