Hello mom if you are breast feeding the baby check your diet and have healthy foods before his feed time and that will ensure good quality milk and that will effect his weight gain , also babies will gain about 300 GMs to one kg in a month and they will double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months .
If still no improvements take support of formula feed
