Q.
#asktheexpert My son completed 5 years last month.. He is a very picky eater.. He is not eating by himself till now.. I have to feed him the main meals like lunch , dinner etc.. Only snacks he used to eat by himself.. Plz suggest me how to make him eat independently..

please encourage your child to eat food by self
with his favourite toys and stickers
please tell stories from Babyhug story books at food time
please don't force feed your child
