Maam the kids are sensitive and they said they don’t even have a proper head control and also just look if there’s any kind of a spelling or anything and then if you feel that a child is having some problem and visit the hospital of the sudden vomiting which is disturbing so you can check with the doctor but look for swelling as of now I think that can be there because the child must have been falling from a height for at least 2 feet or 3 feet at least
