#AskTheExpert My son (5 months) is suffering from hydronephrosis.. Left renal pelvic measures 27mm in AP diameter, 37mm in width and 33mm in longitudinal diameter in recent sonography.. Right kidney is normal.. Differential function of left to right kidney is 47.97 : 52.03 in DTPA scan (as compared to last scan 37:63) Till what time we can wait for the surgery ?? Will it go on its own?? will it affect kidney function? I am so tensed and worried for my baby's health.. Please advice me..

Sajitha RajanGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi, My baby undergone pyeloplasty last month.His stent got dislodged 3 times, so they are removing the stent today. I'm too much worried.

Author of questionMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello Sajitha Rajan..First scan of my baby was done in the month of July..second scan was done in the month of August.. and last was done in October.. What about your baby? what are his/her reports?
