A. if the consistency is watery then its infection and should be treated. but even more frequency should be evaluated and best is to ge the baby reviewed and investigated further.

A. hello 4-5 times motion is normal and is absolutely nothing to worry and check on the diet and make sure to give mild food and incase the frequency is increasing and the consistency is becoming watery then it would be better to check with your doctor and he can guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
