#AskTheExpert My son (+20 months old ) is not drinking cow's milk at all. But eats other meals and has curd regularly. He is still breastfeeding 2 times during the day and around 3 times at night. Is it okay or is cow's milk a must ?

A. yes, it's ok. but make him habit of drinking cow milk. add vanilla essence, dry fruit powder, or different mixes can make it easier for him to drink it.
