AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to low immunity that baby catches infection frequently. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost hunger. Spinach broccoli garlic ginger watermelon orange lemon kiwi pineapple green gram chia seeds etc are some of the immunity boosting food. Include these in the baby diet
