#asktheexpert My son 2.5 years old doesn't have hunger or appetite.....he doesn't eat anything with liking... every time forcefully we need to feed him.... please help to improve his hunger...

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom the first thing you have to stop is to stop force feeding the child as that will be of no help instead will harm and never will be like food.
So hence try to make his meal time fun and interesting for and present the regular food in different ways and forms . Also you can try reading some Age appropriate books while feeding .
