#AskTheExpert my son 10 months old having constipation problem and hard stool. please advise us on the same. we are giving Nan Pro 2, Nestum, home made kanji and dal rice. as per doctor advise we are giving livoluk drops then also having hard stool problem. pls advise doctor

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Include mashed banana which is ripe in baby's regular diet . An unripe or under ripe banana can cause constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Soak dry grapes in water at night and squeeze the grapes next morning. Give two to three spoons of this juice to the baby.
