This can be due to sweating.
Keep the skin clean and dry.
Apply atogla lotion on the skin.
This will help to clear the skin and make it soft and smooth.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
