Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...you need to consult your doceetor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance

pain it has to get through check up then as diagnosed treatment
you can start with some yoga exercises to get little relief
