Q.

#AskTheExpert My question is about giving meal to 5 months old baby.... How to convert them into liquid to solid...and whats the amount of food material provide at same time n how many times we gives food....?

A. Hello mom always remember to go gradually , introduce one food at a time and always start with just a few tsp . First start with liquid consistency foods, and as the baby gets used to a few of time for. A certain days well enough you can move to semi solids same start with one time a day and few tsp .. then gradually increase the quantity , variety and number of meals .
