#asktheexpert My one year old only breastfeeds and doesn’t drink cow milk at all. Is it fine or how can I give her cow milk?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as a child is one year old ,yes you can definitely start to offer external milk /cow's milk. so start with small amount and if a child feel comfortable then gradually increase the quantity of it.
