Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Riitch lotion cvan be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu can simply apply mustard oil on the rashes. Or also you can opt for Babyhug massaging oil.
It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once.
