it would be good if you could try out gluten free and casein free diet for the child and observe for the change.
such as foods free of wheat and wheat products such as cakes,breads etc , milk or dairy and dairy products .
Studies have shown how they have shown some signifcant changes in them.

nothing special is required
you can give everything which you take in your own plate
but yes better to limit your child salt and sugar intake
keep your child well hydrated
give homemade healthy and freshly cooked food only
