Q.

#AskTheExpert my milk over flow in morning but decrease as end of day or night. Why it is so?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is taking breast feeding and your breast milk is good in quentities in the morning and reduces at evening so mostly your exhaustion due to daily work

A. just give breastfeeding in a correct position to the baby and don't take too much of tension or stress you will have proper breastfeeding take plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet
