#AskTheExpert my last menstrual period started on 24th march and I am pregnant. Tell me how many weeks pregnant I am and what's is the date time to deliver the baby

A. seven months. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
