#asktheexpert my kids they don't sleep long hours at a stretch , if am not lying down with them they won't even sleep for more then 30 minutes . What should I do ?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello don't stress out and many kids do that. its normal. slowly they will learn to sleep on own and when you are up. sing songs ans rhythms to them for good sleep.

Hello ma’am It is just a habit probably because from the very beginning only your child is sleeping with you just like that which is whether used to you having Around them. Which is why your kids behave like this I don’t worry about it slowly gradually when your child will grow up things will change but as of now just try to be with your kids more and more and avoid sleeping more with your child
