A. hi dear Most nosebleeds in children are due to dry air, nose picking, nasal allergies, or other factors that irritate the delicate blood vessels in the front of the nose. A person should consult a doctor or pediatrician if the child has frequent nosebleeds or has recently started taking a new medication.
