#asktheexpert My kid's front milk teeth has broke at 4 yrs 11 months age. is it too early?

A. Hi usually kids milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. sometimes kids show early shedding of milk teeth.. don't worry as permanent teeth will erupt in the space created by loss of milk teeth

A. hi dear Milk teeth Babies' teeth begin to develop before they are born, but in most cases don't come through until they're between 6 and 12 months old. Most children have a full set of 20 milk or baby teeth by the time they're 3 years old. When they reach 5 or 6, these teeth will start to fall out, making way for adult teeth
