Q.
#AskTheExpert my kid of 1yr 9 month is not eating properly food (Rice). What should be the reason? And how to over come?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters.
Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.Stop rice for few days or make it masala rice to change the taste..give different kind of recipe as their taste changes during this age group.
