#AskTheExpert My kid is loosing weight day by day. Is there something needs to be taken care of interms of diet or food style?

A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast with a glass of milkshake 11 AM-boiled egg or a fruit bowl 1 PM-Dal rice or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-any fruit juice 7 PM-Upma, Idli. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses and veggies and fruits. Give liquids like buttermilk, fruit juice, coconut water and water keep your baby well hydrated. Expose your baby to sunlight for about half an hour in a day and take the baby out for cycling or walking.Write Your Answer Here
