#AskTheExpert my kid is 5.2 yr old, weighs 14.2 kg. she looks thin but active . she eats well n all kinds of foods. is it ok . for any issue with absorption

A. at 5 yrs baby should be around 14-24 kgs of weight add weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia banana eggs dry fruits as cashew almond in paste and powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount if baby is eating well and active no worries
