First and former stop giving sugar and junk food specially this junk food has actually spoiled so many things in the digestive system and health of the child stop that and you should regularly give turmeric and the black pepper milk to the child that’s actually very helpful and if you want you can add about 2 teaspoons of dry fruit powder powder each time when you give milk
