#asktheexpert My kid is 3 years old. her nails are broken every time. she started going to school and at night her legs are in pain. she is finding it hard to sleep. Her weight is also less. what should I do

A. I think your child is having deficiency of calcium which is why the nails are chipping like how you’re mentioning and leg pain is due to growth pain in the body which can be seen commonly after the time of 3 1/2 year so you can start with calcium and vitamin D
