Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. if your 2 year old son is suffering from fever you can give calpol syrup thrice a day for meftal p syrup twice a day but you can also consult your pediatrician if the symptom persists since it is a pandemic covid-19 going on

Some.home remedies :
Keep a bowl full of chopped onions near her bed approx three feet far overnight
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't.wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Don't expose her to winds air blows and dirt
