#asktheexpert My kid has mild fever and stomach upset sometimes since the last one day. he passes very little stools unknowingly. what it can be. fever has subsided now.

You have to give a medicine for stomach upset because that is why maybe your child is passing motion and small small quantities because the digestion is not proper so the doctor can help you with medicine to regulate the digestion and also do make the stomach work properly and upset stomach would be settled better
