U You consult your export for that that Dr the local Doctor Who is examining and monitoring your child always you should go to them they will advise you with the right treatment for the same and for chapped lips you can put a drop of mustard oil into your child navin every 5 to 6 hours and if you want you can use a lip balm on the lips of the child for the time being or Vaseline petroleum jelly is also good
