Q.
#AskTheExpert my kid always wakes up in the night with avid reflux, like something is stuck in the throat. He is a sleepyhead so not always take burp after milk. Is it normal for infants to have refluxes this frequently ? Also what should I do to help him?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby breastfeeding exclusively and also give baby proper burp after feed and hold baby in upright position for 10-15 minutes after feeding and burp.
