#AskTheExpert my kid age is 5.5 years and now we are cotrolling "w" shape sitting but we doesn't know that is a problem and one of sister told that is problem now we are avoiding that pose but we have fear because of that pose what will happen to kid like that am thinking and please clarify about this sir/madam

in this situation we couldn't consult docter also and please suggest yoga asanas for him
