Q.

#asktheexpert my kid age 10 months often vomit early morning, I give first some water to him early morning and after sometime, I used to give him food ( bread tea). but he gets vomiting sometimes. kindy suggest some advice.

A. breast - tea is not a good food for a 10 month old baby.. please don't give such things. it's better to breast feed first.. snd give healthy, home made soft baby food.

A. if vomiting persists give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake you can give khichdi curd coconut water butter milk lassi apple banana poha upma
