ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi.. most of the babies do spit up small amount of milk after feed it is absolutely fine if the quantity is less but if the quantity is large and the vomit is projectile you should consult your doctor make sure to burp a baby after every feed
