#AskTheExpert my in-laws telling to feed my 7months old baby biscuits with milk i know biscuits contains sugar and maida which we are harmful for infants so I came to know about some homemade biscuits made with jaggery and atta/ragi..Can I feed them? Is bread good for babies? In an alternate what else can I feed ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give home made biscuits, avoid bread. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand. offer fresh food
