ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mom you can have cows milk 2 to 3 times a day can have curds other protiens sources, dalsz eggs, chicken, paneer, soya variety of vegetables and fresh fruits exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended
