Sree kavya TuragaMom of a 2 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello. I had same problem of low hb in my pregnancy. I was taking iron supplements twice a day and iron injection every week. But the only thing that helped me was " ABC juice " - " Apple Beetroot Carrot juice ". You don't need to worry about sugar too because of that. As Apple contains natural sugars, you don't need any added sugar. You can add minimal sugar if you really need it. This juice will give you result in less than a week. Hope this helps you. Happy Pregnancy.
