it happens because of hormonal changes
or nutritional deficiencies of vitamin B12 and vitamin D and folic.
so please maintain Healthy life style
she should take green veggies,curd ,fresh fruits more
avoid taking outside food.
she should cultivate hobbies like listening soothing music , drawing etc as stress reliver.
practice yoga or exercises on daily basis
