#asktheexpert my girl is 1yr 10 months old. she had formula milk till now. but now I want to stop the formula milk. which milk should I begin with and how to give her???

You can begin with any milk cows milk buffaloes milk full cream packet milk whatever your choices and best is to introduce fruit milkshake I think that is going to be helpful because this way you’ll be able to give different flavours to the child which would be completely natural and safe to be given
