That happens but if you’re gaining weight rapidly then I would suggest you to get a testing done for thyroid because with eating weight increases but not that rapidly and obviously if you don’t eat well the feeding is going to reduce them so just I would recommend you to go ahead with a thyroid testing and increase the fluid intake and reduce a little bit on your diet but have a protein rich diet
