#AskTheExpert My four years son is having fever at nights . During the day he seems fine but at night fever comes.He is having cough and cold and under medication . Montair LC , Levolin and P250. But fever not going down at night . pls advice

A. if the child is 4 years older than and fever along with cough and cold there may be some infection it is better to consult your doctor for a proper examination of the child
