#AskTheExpert my first baby is about to get 4 years n is not gaining weight. He is not taking food properly n there is often constipation issues..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of ghmany factors like nutritional factor some chronic infection or malabsorption which needs to be ruled out.
