Pushpa ShahMom of 3 children4 years agoA. Give her water to drink and moisturize the skin frequently. You can use mamaearth baby lotion for moisturizing , it is good in keeping the skin soft and healthy.

However, some moisturizers can be too harsh for a baby's sensitive skin. An effective yet gentle option to try is Vaseline® Jelly, which seals in moisture deep down to help heal dry skin.
