ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. after delivery you need to have daily oil massage which is very beneficial to help reduce the back pain as well as other body complain also you can start syrup dashamularisht 2 tbsp with equal quantity of water two to three times a day

Hello ma’am It would be best for you to consult your doctor ones because for initial 6 to 8 months this pain is common but if the pain is much after that also then you should be consulting your doctor only because the after C-section surgery there could be a lot of issues Like pain and other things which is the best consult your doctor
