#AskTheExpert my daughters toung has been black from last 2-3 days. I have been trying to clean it with the cloth but it has not cleared fully what could be the reason for it? and how to treat it?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it needs to be seen if any stains hairy tongue or anything else Regarding the mentioned concern your local doctor will guide you in a proper way and the doubts can be cleared accordingly .so you can discuss and get the solution for query. If you are giving any iron supplement, then that could be the reason, otherwise get a basic tongue cleaner, silicon tongue cleaner from the market and clean the tongue of the child with that. That’s going to give you much better result. This is something that you can actually use s from the beginning itself.
