NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello kid being small this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and salt water gargle can also be helpful n use Babyhug lip balm for chap lips
