#asktheexpert my daughter was 4months old and she was 4.3kgs she was on breastfeed. she was not gaining weight. is there any solution for her weight gain

A. when she born her weight was 2.84kg and she is 4months now she was 4.3kgs

A. Hi mom What is the birth weight of your baby?? Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year. Feed for longer time from one breast so that the baby gets both fore milk and hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby
