#AskTheExpert my daughter though being 8 months old cries the whole night. what could be the reason and how can I make her sleep for atleast 3 to 4 hours straight

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. I keep the room dark and quiet only. I also play white noise to keep her calm. also she eats well. and is playful the whole day. it's just that at night she cries inconsolably

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. knw why so. good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .
