A. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 AM-fruits with a dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-lunch 4 PM-fruit juices or soup 7 PM-dinner Before sleeping- a glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses. Make sure to give everything in a small quantity. take your baby for walking or cycling.
