#asktheexpert My daughter regularly complains that she is feeling tired. Though she looks well for her age in terms of weight and height.

A. Hello Give protein to h foods like egg. milk, curd paneer pulses, sprouts Add lotnof vegetables fruits & nuts in daily meals Make her drink lof of water. Let child play a lot & get hungry . Do not give biscuits bread chocolates chips sugary drinks packaged foods
