avoid fried foods
soft food like Khichdi, soft cooked rice curd, roti, moong dal avoid whole pulses and Chilka pulses
Suji kheer, idli, milk
paneer sandwich, Bread Toast
high protein food like boiled egg, chicken fish,(avoid non veg and egg for baby) paneer, light dhuli Hui pulses
fruits like papaya Chikoo, mosambi, pomegranate, banana
homemade fresh juices buttermilk with little salt, soups
maintain good hygiene consume Fresh Food
boiled and cooled drinking water
